Looking for the best-tasting, juiciest poultry you’ve had in a long time – possibly ever? Look no further than Three Maples Farm. Our pasture-raised poultry is a welcome detour from the processed, pressed version that dominates today’s grocery store shelves.

Pastured poultry relies on raising chickens and turkeys directly on green pasture. This practice allows the birds to receive a significant amount of pasture forage as feed. Our birds are protected from predators, but still allowed to scratch, roll, cackle and crow like real birds do every day.

Truly Free-range Turkeys!
Yes, that’s right. The truth is you’re just as likely to be greeted by a turkey at the front door of Three Maples Farm as any farm dog or cat. We can honestly say our turkeys are free-rangers, which means they are not kept in confinement, other than at night for safety. These 100-percent natural, free-range turkeys are raised without the use of any hormones or stimulants.

We offer our turkeys in the following sizes: 10-12 lbs, 12-14 lbs, 14-16 lbs, 16-18 lbs, 18-20 lbs, 20-22 lbs, 22-24 lbs and 24-26 lbs. The cost is $9.00 per pound, and delivery is available throughout the Chicago area. We raise our birds in small batches, and have fewer than 50 left for the holidays – so if you’d like to make sure you get one, we recommend you select “Thanksgiving Bird”under your checkout option. We will add $10 to your order, and make sure you get one of our delicious turkeys!

Pastured Broiler Chickens
No matter how you intend to fix it, our impeccable pasture-raised, antibiotic-free broiler chicken will bring the best representation of your recipe. Thin skin, little fat, naturally juicy and fast-cooking – these are just a few of the qualities that make our birds so utterly perfect. If you’ve given up on chicken as a flavorful, delicious source of nutrient-rich protein, try again.

After butchering, our broiler chickens range in size from three to five pounds, and are available year-round. Each chicken is $5 per pound, and includes neck, liver, gizzards and heart. Delivery is available throughout the Chicago area.
